Infacol has launched a ground breaking application to help parents better understand Infant Colic. Little man suffered from colic when he was a baby and I wish this app was available back then. I did however always had a bottle of Infacol in the changing back in case we needed.
Infant colic is a common condition affecting around 1 in 5 infants in the UK. It is often associated with a baby’s painful crying fits, which can last up to three hours at a time and be distressing to both child and parents, who may not necessarily understand what is wrong with their baby.
Infacol’s NEW and aptly named ‘Is It Colic?’ application is currently available to use for all on the Infacol Facebook page and has been developed with the assistance of leading experts in the field of colic. It comprises a series of 10 simple ‘yes/no’ style questions which have been carefully constructed to help determine the early indications of colic in infants, thereby allowing parents to understand how and when to treat their child.
‘Is it Colic?’ is the first of many planned applications aimed at helping new parents and their babies with the many challenges often faced. Please feel free to comment if your baby suffers from colic and you have used the app. I would love to hear your feedback!
