Dr Karg’s award winning organic seeded crispbreads contains pumpkin seeds, sesame and sunflower seeds, and linseeds as key ingredients, providing a rich combination of proteins, minerals, vitamins and the “good fats”, the Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids naturally occurring in this precious mix of seeds.
These are added into the baking mix and then also generously added as a topping, so accounting for 16-28% of the recipe, depending on the variety.

Dr Karg Olive & Rosemary is a delicious combination of sun-ripened organic olives and extra virgin olive oil with hints of rosemary. This rich variety boasts 18% Organic Seeds (Sesame, Sunflower and Linseed), 4% real Organic Olives and 2% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dr Karg Olive & Rosemary is very tasty and full of flavour, it is my favourite!
Dr Karg 3+3 (3 Grains plus 3 Seeds) is a complex and nutritionally rich crispbread, boasting 3 Wholegrains (Wheat, Spelt and Oat) plus 3 varieties of Seeds (Sesame, Pumpkin and Linseeds), with a total Organic seed content of 28%.
Dr Karg 3+3 is delicious, it is hubby’s favourite flavour.
I was pleased to find out that Dr Karg is an organic wholegrain crispbread high in fibre, made with premium wholegrain flour, with no added fats or oils, no preservatives and additives. Not only it is tasty, Dr Karg cripsbread is a perfect healthy snack!
Introduced to the UK in the spring of 2002 Dr Karg Organic Crispbreads are now available nationwide from Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s Stores, Planet Organic, Whole Foods Market and leading independent retailers and food halls.
