Allergy and Free From Show in London
Today I went to the Allergy and Free From Show in London and had a lovely time!
The Allergy and Free From Show is the UK’s largest annual gathering of people with: allergies, skin & respiratory conditions, coeliac disease, food intolerance & chemical sensitivities.
If you are in Liverpool, you could attend the show later on this year on 27th and 28th October.
I’ve never been to an allergy show before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. As you may be aware, I am lactose intolerant and, although I am not gluten intolerant, I prefer to have gluten-free products.
The show started on Friday and it will be at Olympia until tomorrow, so there is still time to attend. You will have the chance to taste lots of gluten-free and dairy-free cakes, bread, chocolate and even ice cream. They don’t taste any different from standard products, so they are great if you have an intolerance or prefer not to include gluten and dairy in your diet.
Let’s not forget about all the stands for sensitive skin and eczema. I have rosacea, so it was quite refreshing to meet others with the same skin condition.
I met several great companies and I will be talking about them over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled.
