Review: @Gymworld Home Fitness – Reebok Stepper and Dumbell

A few days ago, I introduced you to Gymworld and I also told you about my amazing blog Competition with Gymworld!

If you haven’t entered yet, there is still time to enter for a chance to win a Reebok Stepper.

I was so excited when my very own Reebok EasyTone Step arrived today that I had to open the box straight away and start using it! I’ve heard a lot about it, so I had to try it for myself.

Reebok Stepper was designed as a versatile total body workout to help tone and tighten muscles.  The integrated balance pods below the step platform have been engineered to create natural instability – forcing muscles to compensate and adapt to encourage toning.  You control the intensity of the instability using the adjustable airflow valve on the underside of the platform.

It was delighted that it comes with a DVD to lead you through an extremely rewarding and beneficial new fitness experience. The DVD helps you to fully use Reebok Stepper as a multi-purpose functional training platform with a diverse range of exercises.

Before trying it today, I didn’t know about the reversible usage of Reebok Stepper. You can workout with pods up and pods down. As I don’t get home from work until late and I don’t have time to go to the gym as little man is in bed early, I will be using Reebok Stepper to get fit!

In case you don’t win my blog competition, you can buy a Reebok Stepper from Gymworld for only £62.99.

I’m not the only one getting fit in my household. Hubby is also getting involved, he’s been using Golds Gym 20kg Hammertone Dumbell Set also from Gymworld. You can buy it for only £35.

The Golds Gym Olympic Style Hammertone 20kg Dumbell Set features solid steel handles with non slip knurled handgrips and a deluxe hammertone finish. It’s a bit too heavy for me, but perfect for hubby! He is loving it!

If you have children and can’t leave the house in the evening like us, home fitness is the best solution to get fit!

If you can’t be bothered to join a gym, you can exercise in the comfort of you own home in your living room while watching your favourite programme. Hubby loves football, so he’s been exercising while watching footy. I love music, so I just need to put the volume up and start moving!

Gymworld has a range of home fitness products, so please have a look at Gymworld website.
