Review: Delizia Pizza Range from Goodfella’s

We all love pizza, but sometimes we might want a lighter pizza. Goodfella’s brings you a light, ladylike option with the launch of Delizia. Goodfella’s is offering ladies a hint of Italy this Spring, thanks to the new Delizia pizza range: “Deliciously Light and Crispy”

Delizia seven-inch pizzas are topped with mouth-watering ingredients on a light and crispy stone baked base. Even better news is that each variant in the range contains fewer than 500 calories, meaning that Delizia can be a perfect, guilt-free meal with a lovely side salad or even a handy snack.

Each pack contains two frozen pizzas, so while it’s a great individual mealtime option, it’s equally as good to share with a friend over a girly catch-up. I like the fact that they are individually wrapped, so you can have just one if you fancy.

Another bonus is the fact that Delizia is ready in only 10 minutes, so it is handy to stock up in the freezer. It is a good sized pizza to have on your own with salad or garlic bread on the side.

The pizzas come in three delicious varieties, one vegetarian and 2 meaty options. You can see in the picture how Delizia looks frozen, as soon as it is out of the oven and a close-up picture to show you how filling it is.

Slow Roasted Tomato and Mozzarella Delizia has a thin and crispy pizza base topped with tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, roasted marinated tomatoes, diced red onions and sprinkle of basil.

Although I loved all flavours, slow roasted tomato and mozzarella is my favourite pizza from Delizia range. Simply delicious!

Chargrilled Chicken, Red Peppers and Pesto Delizia has a thin and crispy pizza base topped with tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, chargrilled chicken, chargrilled red peppers and a drizzling of pesto oil.

I know Delizia is meant to be a ladies pizza, but I had to share with hubby. He couldn’t just look at it while I enjoyed them. He loved Delizia and his favourite flavour is chargrilled chicked, red peppers and pesto.

Italian-style Ham and Caramelised Onion Delizia has a thin and crispy base topped with tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, italian meats, smoked reformed ham and reformed rostello style ham, pan-fried caramelised red onions and red onion chutney.

Overall, Delizia is highly recommended as a delicious guilt-free meal or snack. It delivers just what it says on the pack, Delizia is “deliciously light and crispy” and a great alternative option to greasy take-away pizzas.
