Review: Dr. Oetker Ristorante Frozen Pizzas
We love pizza, especially the thin and crispy ones!
Pizzas are great when we don’t have time to cook and need a quick and tasty meal. It’s a success with the whole family!

Dr. Oetker Ristorante has a menu of seven mouth-watering varieties including Mozzarella, Speciale, Pollo, Funghi, Hawaii, Pepperoni Salame and Quattro Formaggi.
We tried two flavours of Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizzas: Speciale and Pollo.
Our first flavour to try was Pizza Speciale: Italian-style pizza deliciously topped with salami, ham, mushrooms, spicy herbs, mozzarella cheese and Gouda cheese.
Speciale has generous filling, making this pizza a special culinary feast. The pizza you take out of your oven looks just as good as the one in the box!
Ristorante Speciale was hubby’s favourite flavour. He usually goes for meaty pizzas, so he was pleased that it had quite a lot of filling and it was very tasty too!
We also tried Pizza Pollo: unique Italian-style pizza with fine slices of marinated chicken breast.
Pizz Pollo has a delightful mix of spinach, sun-ripened tomatoes, sweetcorn, mozzarella cheese and Edam cheese.
The chicken was simply delicious and full of flavour. Just what you would expect from a pollo pizza in Italy!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizzas: they were nice, thin, crispy and delicious!
Little man was asking for seconds and hubby said that “it was the best frozen pizza he’s ever had!”
Not only both Speciale and Pollo pizzas were very tasty, they were ready in only 10 minutes.
We are now looking forward to trying the other flavours: I shall stop by the frozen aisle and pick up Quattro Formaggi in my next food shopping.
