Ben & Jerry’s Capture Euphoria #CaptureEuphoria
I was thrilled when I was contacted to take part in Ben & Jerry’s Capture Euphoria competition! I really like Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, yummy!
Basically all I have to do is post a photo a day on Instagram and on my blog to show my “euphoria” for the day. It could be a pair of new shoes, a cute animal, my lunch.. anything!
You can also get involved by posting a picture on Instagram every day this week using #captureeuphoria and explaining why it is your euphoria for the day.
Fans from all over the world are being invited to share their most euphoric Instagram pictures with Ben & Jerry’s using the hashtag #captureeuphoria. At the end of January, Ben & Jerry’s will choose their favourite images and the winning entrant will have their photo featured in print in their local areas.
Ben & Jerry’s will choose their favourite pictures and you could win a year’s supply of Ben & Jerry’s tubs (24 vouchers), a huge photography set, plus two sets of film and Lomography book for inspiration. Also included in the prize is the brand new craze BubbleScope iPhone camera accessory, which you can use to capture cool 360º views and upload on Instagram.
You can find out more information on Ben & Jerry’s website and Facebook page.
Here are my euphoric moments for this week so far:
Monday #CaptureEuphoria
I uploaded a picture of my little boy in the snow during the nursery run. Little man was so happy, so I had to use this photo. His big smile was just priceless!
“Snow this morning!! Absolutely lovely #snow. So Magical #captureeuphoria”

Tuesday #CaptureEuphoria
I uploaded a close-up photo of an owl butterfly. I find nature incredibly interesting, I love the fact that the butterfly’s huge eyespots resemble owls’ eyes. Their wing patters are meant to match the appearance of the eyes of many predators that hunt by sight. Mimicry is so clever!
“Gorgeous butterfly! #captureeuphoria”

It’s mid-week. I had a really busy day today, actually it’s been busy all week! So guess what I had after work today to help me unwind?
“Yummy!! Nothing like Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough after a busy day at work! #CaptureEuphoria”
