Here’s to a Successful 2013 for New Mumpreneur Business!

I have previously reviewed Just Bake on my blog, so I thought I would share those news with you (and a discount code too!).

The mumpreneur online baking business ‘Just Bake’ are celebrating their first birthday in January 2013 and a successful first year of business. After a fabulous first year, Just Bake are excited about the future and what 2013 holds for them.

 Just Bake was launched by Jo Shaw, mum of two daughters in January 2012. The online company (www.justbake.co.uk) specialises in selling baking supplies for the home baker. Just Bake was launched following an interest in baking from Jo’s early years, a young child baking with her mother. Now she has two young daughters (6 yrs and 10 yrs) and has baked with them since they were very young. Jo found that there wasn’t a huge range of decoration products available on the high street. With this in mind and a desire to create a beautiful website that is easy to navigate around and a pleasure to shop from, Just Bake was launched.

Jo loves having her own business, she advised that the positive aspects include “Being in control of the company, having the ability to ‘make things happen’ and being able to work flexibly around the children and home life.”

Just Bake has grown significantly during 2012 and Jo has huge plans for the future. One of the biggest successes in 2012 was when Just Bake was accepted by the award-winning, multimillion-pound online marketplace www.notonthehighstreet.com as one of their partners.
