New Year, New Shoes from Next!

As a lady, I don’t even need to say that I love shoes. But I also like being comfortable and being able to wear my shoes for a long time. As a busy mum, looking good is important, but I need to be comfortable too!

I was already over 20 when I bought my first pair of heels: the ones in the picture. They mean a lot to me, not only because they are my first pair of heels, but also because those are the first pair I bought with my hard working money!

They are quite old by now, but I love my black heels. They are not too high, they are extremely comfortable and I am able to wear them all day long. They are perfect to go to work and also to go out for a drink after work. I can wear it with skinny jeans or a dress. It’s a versatile pair of shoes and goes with virtually anything!

I must say I love my pair of black heels and I have worn them well past their expiry date. You can see by the picture that they are worn out and need replacing. However I can’t throw them away unless I am able to replace with gorgeous pair of shoes.

For me, my black heels are like flat shoes as they are so comfortable, so I will need to get a pair of stylish flat shoes. The pointed ballerinas would be a suitable replacement.

I would also need a pair of black heels to replace my old ones. A girl needs a good pair of black heels. Black shoes just go with everything, so it’s great to have one in the wardrobe when you are not sure which shoes to pick. The platform court shoes seem perfect!

I would also need a pair of party shoes, stunning shoes to wear when I go out for a date with hubby. Valentine’s Day will be here soon, I would love to look gorgeous for my husband! Ivory lace peep toes would make me feel like a princess!

I wear my old shoes a lot with black tights to keep me warm, so I would need a nice pair of boots to replace them and keep my little toes warm in this freezing weather. Black suede ankle boots would do just the job!

I told you that my old pair of black heels was versatile! Basically I have worn it everywhere, every season, in different countries and different occasions. I would be sad to see them go!

It would take several pairs of shoes to replace my old shoes, but I could finally give them to the charity shop (if they accept worn out shoes, that is) if I had the shoes below from the lovely collection of shoes at Next.
