After I read the Style guide included in the case, I was ready to try Extremity Heated Rollers. I have never used heated rollers before, just standard rollers over 10 years ago.
My mum is a big fan of rollers, I grew up seeing her have them on her hair every Saturday, she would have them on for the whole afternoon but she would tell me the results were worth it.
Luckily I didn’t need to wait a long time for the rollers as it only takes a few minutes for them to warm up. The LED indicator clearly shows once the rollers are ready to be used.

I washed my hair the night before, so it would be clean and totally dry, ready to be styled. I combed through my hair and started placing the rollers in small sections from the back to the top of my hair.
Even though it was my first time, it only took me a few minutes to place the rollers. I placed the medium rollers at the lower part of my hair and the big rollers at the top part.
By the time I applied my make-up, the rollers were completely cool and ready to be removed. It only takes 10 minutes for the heated rollers to cool down and to set the curls, providing lasting results.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when I removed the rollers and saw my hair in the mirror.
I absolutely loved the defined waves and volume created by the heated rollers. I had some friends coming to our house and they complimented on my new hair style as soon as I opened the door and greeted them.
You can achieve different looks with the rollers, depending whether you style your whole head or just the top for root lift.
I really liked the fact that I didn’t need to blow dry or straighten my hair before placing the rollers. The results were just amazing even though the rollers were placed directly on my natural curly hair.
