Love You Mum: Philips VisaPure Launch Party
Last year, I was invited to Philips ReAura VIP Party and it was great fun!
On Friday evening, I had the pleasure to attend a lovely event to celebrate Mother’s Day with Philips Beauty and the launch of the new Philips VisaPure.
Philips VisaPure brings a new technology that will take your daily cleansing routine to the next level without extra effort.
It is a gentle way of leaving your skin clean, soft and radiant.
The evening started with drinks and canapés at the beautiful Berkeley Hotel.
There was a selection of mouth-watering canapés, savoury and sweet.
They were all very tasty and beautifully presented.
The canapes and drinks were followed by a Q&A session with skin expert and cosmetic specialist Dr Sam Bunting.
We had the chance to ask any questions about our skin concerns and advices.
It was very helpful to hear other ladies’ concerns and questions.
It was lovely meeting other bloggers and chatting with Dr Sam Bunting and the lovely ladies from Philips and Emanate PR.
There was also a special demonstration of Philips latest Beauty Product line: VisaPure electronic cleansing device.
I only tried it on my hand, and the brush felt incredibly soft, I couldn’t wait to get home and try Philips VisaPure on my face.
Philips VisaPure is 10 times more effective than hand-cleansing as the brush rotates and vibrates. It is as gentle as your hands and it can be used twice a day.
There are two different speed settings, gentle cleansing and deep cleansing settings, so you can adjust it according to your preference.
There is a one minute timer for the full face, so it only takes a minute to have clean with your face with Philips VisaPure, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth.
The face can be divided into three zones: T-zone, left cheek and right cheek. Philips VisaPure suggests changing areas after 20 seconds to leave a short pause.
The full programme lasts 1 minute, after which Philips VisaPure automatically switches off to prevent overtreatment.
Philips VisaPure comes with a range of additional brushes: one for normal skin and one specifically designed for sensitive skins.
To start with, I will be trying the sensitive brush once a day, in the evening.
As my skin is sensitive, I will start using the Philips VisaPure with the soft head brush.
An Exfoliating Brush Head is available separately, with exfoliating effects to gently remove dull and dead skin cells.
I was pleased to find out that Philips VisaPure is waterproof, so it can be used in the shower, therefore it could easily integrate into my current routine.
I will be testing my Philips VisaPure in the next couple of weeks and I shall give you an update then.
In the meanwhile, you can purchase it from Boots at RRP £150 for Philips VisaPure and £7.99 for extra brushes. Each brush lasts between 3-4 months.
A massive thank you to Philips and Emanate PR for such a great evening, thank you so much!
