Once Musical in London

We love going to the theatre, it is always a great experience and very enjoyable. Hubby and I used to go much more often before we had our little boy, however we cannot go as often due to childcare.

There is new musical in London at the moment, Once Musical at the Phoenix Theatre. It is a smash-hit Broadway sensation, and also winner of 8 Tony Awards in 2012, including Best New Musical.

Once Musical has been made according to the Oscar-winning film of the same name, Once, which celebrates music, friendship and love in an original and exciting way! It is a one-off stage adaptation bringing the best out of the movie.

Although Once Musical is a love story, it is not like others previously seen. Through a shared love of music, a Czech lady meets an Irish busker and they connect through songwriting, which develops into an unexpected romance.

There is a very talent cast of actors and musicians behind Once Musical, playing original songs from the film, such as “Falling Slowly”.
