Snack Happy Challenge with California Almonds
It is well known that almonds are a great snack, full of protein, fibre, calcium and vitamin E.
California Almonds launched a Snack Happy Challenge to encourage women to snack on a handful of almonds every day for 21 days to form a healthy eating habit and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
I have started my Snack Happy Challenge yesterday with a lovely portion of California Almonds. All I need to do is swap my usual snack for a daily handful of almonds and see if it helps me to stick to my healthy eating habits.
I like nuts, but I don’t think I have enough of it, so the Snack Happy Challenge will be a great opportunity to increase my consumption of almonds.
