Cooking with Kids: Mini Meatballs Pizza #hungry2happy
Little man loves helping out in the kitchen and we want him to be able to make himself a meal when he grows up. Since one of my first blog posts, Making Family Chores Fun, we have been getting little man involved with cooking and he really enjoys it!

Our little chef got busy in the kitchen and created a Mini Meatballs Pizza with Richmond Mini Meatball.
Mini Meatballs Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Pizza Base
- 1 pack of 20 Richmond Mini Meatballs
- Tomato Sauce or Passata
- Sliced Red Peppers
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Grated Cheese
- Pinch of oregano
Method:
Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza base.

Sprinkle the sliced mushroom on the pizza.

Sprinkle the red peppers on the pizza.

Add the mini meatballs to the pizza.

Sprinkle cheese on top and a pinch of oregano.

Cook for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

Enjoy!
Little man had lots of fun making the mini meatballs pizza, it was quick and easy to make. You can add whichever vegetables you have in the fridge. It’s a great way of adding vegetables to kids’ diet without them realising.

If you prefer, you can make your own pizza base or buy a ready-made one. I used leftover vegetables from our fridge, so instead of throwing them away, we put it all together in a tasty family meal with bite-sized pork meatballs.
The whole family enjoyed it, it is a perfect mid-week meal when you get home late from work and have little time to prepare a meal.
