Method Cleaning Products: Green and Safe!
Recently I came across a new brand of cleaning products, method is a non-toxic design led cleaning brand making products that work for you and for the planet, ones that are easy on the eyes and on the nose. Method focus on effective cleaning products with powerful formulas made with naturally derived surfactants that work by dissolving and removing dirt.
Method has a large range of cleaning products, everything that you could ever need to clean happy, from surface cleaners and washing up, to laundry, bathroom and hand wash. Method is safe to use around children and pets, surfaces cleaned with method, including high chairs and bathtubs, are absolutely safe for contact by children and do not leave behind any toxic or harmful fumes and residues.
We were sent a selection of method products and we have been trying them the past few weeks. First of all, I need to say the packaging is elegant and the products look beautiful. I was impressed to find out that world-renowned designer Joshua Handy has been enlisted to sculpt some of method product out of the finest pieces of recyclable plastic.
Cleaning with beautifully designed and colourful products definitely makes cleaning more enjoyable. I was sent Daily Shower (RRP £3), non-toxic surface cleaner in ylang-ylang frangrance, which works by a simple “a spray a day keeps the scrubbing away”. Don’t get me wrong, I love living in a clean house, but if I can have a clean shower without scrubbing it, I would definitely prefer it. I just need to spray a fine mist of Daily Shower with plant-based powergreen technology on all wet surfaces after each shower.
I was also sent two surface cleaners: Glass Cleaner (RRP £4) in mint fragrance, with ammonia free and plant-based powergreen technology that eliminates dirt, dust and pesky handprints. Multi-Surface Cleaner (RRP £3) in pink grapefruit fragrance, has a powerful formula using plant-based powergreen technology. Not only it cleans grease and grime, it is made of with non-toxic, biodegradable ingredients and it smells lovely.
We were sent two fragrances of the Gel Hand Wash range (RRP £2.49), French lavender and waterfall. They are both heavenly scented, naturally derived, paraben-free hand wash. Waterfall has a scent of cool, cascading water lily and sandalwood, while lavender has a medley of lavender, bergamot, purple safe and chamomile. The French Lavender Hand Wash smells so wonderful that my little boy asked me whether I washed my hands with perfume!
It was our first time trying method products, we were very impressed and we are looking forward to trying the other items of their range of green, safe, efficient and stylish cleaning products!
