Back to School with Walkers Mighty Lights
We are getting ready for little man’s big day and shared our favourite school products in our Back to School Guide 2013. Last week, we had little man’s teacher coming round for a house visit as he is due to start school in a couple days – how exciting!
We are already fans of Walkers crisps, we really like Walkers Hoops and Crosses, fun and tasty. We were sent brand new ridged potato crisps from Walkers in a back to school goodie bag. Walkers has launched a Mighty Tasting Crisp with 30% less fat than the average potato crisp, which are a perfect addition to any back to school lunchboxes, as well as a tasty treat for grown ups.
Walkers Mighty Lights are available in three flavours, Cheese and Onion, Lightly Salted and Roast Chicken. They are suitable for vegetarians and are a source of fibre. We tried Cheese and Onion, my favourite flavour, and Roast Chicken, which is little man’s and daddy’s favourite flavour.
We really liked the shape and texture of Walkers Mighty Lights, they are very tasty, and you can’t even tell that they are low-fat. I would be happy to add a pack of Walkers Mighty Lights to little man’s lunchbox once he starts school as they are made from real potatoes with no artificial colours or preservatives, and no MSG.
I should add that I enjoy having a pack of crisps mid-afternoon or when I’m watching TV in the evening, so I was pleased to find out that each bag of Walkers Mighty Lights has only 114 calories per bag, making it a guilty-free treat. We will be adding Walkers Mighty Lights to our trolley on our next grocery shop.
Walkers Mighty Lights are available nationwhide in packs of 6 x 25g multipacks, RRP £1.79. For more information, please check http://www.walkersmightylights.co.uk/
