Making Flapjacks with Lyle’s Golden Syrup New Baking Pack
Little man and I love baking together, we always have a great time creating new recipes in the kitchen. I have recently shared our Top 5 Tips for Baking with Children and one of our favourite recipes is flapjacks.
Lyle has launched a new baking pack for their golden syrup, making it very easy to measure out the perfect amount of Lyle’s Golden Syrup needed for baking, without the oozy, gooey mess. The new Lyle’s baking pack has been created specifically for the home baker.
The new Golden Syrup Baking Pack makes it even easier to bake with Golden Syrup, especially if you’re getting children involved in the baking. We have tried a similar recipe to our Fruity Flapckack Recipe, but we didn’t use any raisins this time, we added a mashed banana instead.
Designed with bakers in mind, the bottle features an easy-flow pouring sprout and even includes inspiring on-pack measuring markers for several delicious Lyle’s recipes, so you can whip up a batch of golden cupcakes, a stack of buttery flapjacks or a warm and spicy gingerbread man in no time.
We have tried Lyle’s Golden Syrup baking pack and it was very easy to use, with no sticky fingers or sticky lids to worry about. Little man enjoyed squeezing the golden syrup out of the bottle to make us some flapjacks. And we all enjoyed eating the flapjacks afterwards – they were yummy!
The new Lyle’s Golden Syrup baking pack is available in Tesco and Ocado stores nationwide for RRP £1.89 and it will be coming to all other national retailers soon.
