Tonight I Feel Like Sausage Casserole

We love nice meals, but they taste even better when we don’t spend much time in the kitchen. Don’t get me wrong, I love cooking, but I also enjoy having a bubble bath and relaxing when I’m home from work.

Chicken Tonight have recently expanded their range with a brand new selection of Tonight sauces, meaning that mealtimes no longer need to be restricted to just chicken. We have recently tried Authentic Indian Mild Curry for Dad’s Tonight and it was a success!

The new Tonight range are inspired by Britain’s favourite recipes, all you need to do is add meat and serve with your preferred accompaniment. The new Tonight range is available in six tasty flavours: Beef and Ale Casserole, Spicy BBQ, Chilli con Carne, Mild Curry, Cottage Pie and Sausage Casserole.

We were sent a hamper with the new Tonight sauces and lovely treats to celebrate the time saved by using the new Tonight range to make our family meals.

Mum’s Tonight:

We haven’t had sausage casserole in a long time, so we were looking forward to trying Tonight Classic British Sausage Casserole with tomato, onions, swede and carrots. We just added the sausages, a couple of carrots and sliced onions to the sauce.

While the Sausage Casserole was cooking away, I made the most of my spare time by having a relaxing bubble bath with scented candles, it was lovely. When I finished my bath, the whole house smelled of sausage casserole and it made me hungry.

The sausage casserole was very tasty and extremely easy and quick to make. It was served with mashed potato and peas, the whole family enjoyed it and we will be having it again soon!
