What’s on your Fridge?
The lovely Jo at Slummy Single Mummy believes that “you can tell a lot about a person by having a rummage through their bathroom cabinet, but if you want to be a little less creepy, I reckon that having a look at their fridge can do just as well.”
After I had a look at her fridge with lovely family photos, magnets and vouchers, I noticed that she added a line at the bottom of her post and tagged me, so now that’s my turn to show what’s on my fridge.
Here it is:
Our fridge has a mixture of magnets and photos from the past decade I’ve been living in England. Perhaps I should start from the top left corner, separate our fridge by columns and explain each one separately.
At the top of the first column on the left corner, there is a magnet from Paris, then below you will find a photoof hubby and I in one of the rides in Thorpe Park, a few days before our wedding. It was a very hot day, we had a great time but I ended up with strap marks, and it took several sun bed sessions to get rid of them. I don’t go to sun beds, but I had no choice as the wedding was a few days away and strap marks and wedding dresses don’t match.
The next photo, moving down, was taken as soon as little man was born, he was only a few hours old, so small and chubby! The next photo down is of me and my brother, when he lived in London. It was nice having some family round, even if it only lasted a few months, I miss my big bro! Then I have some cool lips magnets from Tabulus, little man loves playing with them. He actually pretends they are his own lips. And a Brazilian football shirt magnet.
Moving to the middle column, there is a magnet with the Brazilian flag, then photos from our holiday in Cyprus, first we are all dressed up for granddad’s wedding, then enjoying the swimming pool in our hotel, then little man lying down in a sun lounger by the pool, I wonder what he was thinking at the time! The next photo is of hubby and little man at the beach, then we have a magnet from Rome. Then we have our new Stickygram magnets made out of our Instragram photos.
The last column has a set of pans magnets from Caldas Novas in Brazil, a magnet from Belgium and a magnet from Greece, then an invitation to little man’s christening when he was only a couple of months old. Then moving down, there are a couple of wedding photos, one with my parents and another one with hubby. And finally, there is a letter for a follow-up appointment from little man’ surgery last year, secured by a magnet from Lyon in France.
So this is what’s on my fridge. What you can you say about us based on the photos and magnets we have on our fridge?
Perhaps I could show you a bit more… Would you like to have a look what’s in my fridge?
