COMPETITION: Win a Fitbag to Get Fit at Home!
I enjoy keeping fit and leading a healthy life, however I don’t have time to go to the gym. I try and go to Zumba as often as I can, but my days don’t always turn up the way I want them to be, whether it is because I have to stay late at work or hubby is not home in the evening.
A Fitbag does exactly what it says, it is a bag to help you to get fit.
I was pleased to find out about Fitbag Ltd which is a London based fitness company, specialising in home fitness packages which are designed to give the user a full body workout. The majority of people who buy their products are time poor mothers, like myself, who do not have time to go to the gym but still want some form of home workout.
Fitbag Ltd aims to bring fitness back to the basics and make getting fit easy and accessible to everyone everywhere. I was sent a Fitbag Package (RRP £37.99) and it consists of 6 different products in a fashionable Fitbag tote bag. The products included are: Ab roller, resistance band, 2x 2kg dumbbells, resistance tube, thigh master and a PVC skipping rope.
The Fitbag Package comes with a Fitbag workout plan detailing several different exercises for each piece of equipment, including bicep curls using the resistance tube, ab extensions using the ab roller, jump rope using the skipping rope, lying chest press/flys using the dumbbells, seated thigh press including the thigh master.
The exercise guide has full instructions with pictures which are easy to follow and provide a full body workout. Check out the pictures below using the products (those are professional photos – not me by the way).
The products in the Fitbag Package are of great quality and I had no problems using the equipments, I just put some music on and made my own exercise routine after little man went to bed.
