Kelly’s of Cornwall Cornish Dairy Ice Cream

I must admit I can have ice cream any time of the year. Ice cream is lovely in a hot summer’s day, but also in a cold evening. We have been trying Kelly’s of Cornwall Cornish Dairy Vanilla ice cream, which is deliciously rich and creamy.

Kelly’s of Cornwall is the leading brand of Cornish ice cream and a pioneer of the famous Cornish clotted cream ice cream. Made with clotted cream and whole milk, fresh from the cows that graze on Cornwall’s lush green grass, Kelly’s Ice Cream has a distinctive creamy flavour and velvety smoothness.

I am happy to have ice cream on its own, while little man prefers to have it with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Usually there is none left to enjoy with a hot dessert as it magically disappears, so I kept the tub of vanilla ice cream in the fridge until the cake was warm and ready.

We are looking forward to the festive season and to get us all Christmassy, we enjoyed Kelly’s of Cornwall Cornish Dairy Vanilla ice cream with warm fruit cake. The creamy ice cream was perfect with the fruity flavour of the cake, both complemented each other nicely. Something happened to the tub and it magically disappeared again, but it was truly delicious while it lasted!
