Omelette Made Easy with OXO Flip & Fold Omelette Turner

We like making omelettes, they are a great way of using up whatever you have in the fridge. Over Christmas, I made turkey and stuffing omelettes for our family with Christmas leftovers and they were so tasty. I used OXO Flip & Fold Omelette Turner and it was extremely easy to make omelettes.

Oxo Flip & Fold Omelette Turner (RRP £8.00) is part of OXO Good Grips, it has flexible edges that glide under the food for easy flipping and folding. It has been especially designed for omelettes and quesadillas, but I have also used it to make pancakes, and had no problems turning the pancakes. I haven’t mastered how to flip pancakes in the air, so I will carry on using Oxo Flip & Fold for lovely pancakes.

I love the fact that the flexible edges conform to rounded pan edges, perfect to use with anything that need flipping and turning around. It is safe for non-stick cookware, made of silicone heat resistant material with soft, comfortable and non-slip handle. The flexible head easily glides under the entire omelette and the wide shape is great for easy flipping and folding.

Our omelette had shredded turkey and stuffing with red and yellow peppers, onions, topped with grated cheddar cheese. It was extremely easy to make omelettes with OXO’s new Flip & Fold Omelette Turner and it has now become an essential kitchen utensil.
