I enjoy cooking with eggs, it is a versatile and naturally packed with vitamins and minerals. Eggs can be used in vegetarian meals and meaty dishes, you can also use for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks – oh and cakes too.

I’ve shared a few egg based recipes, Egg Fried Rice Recipe and Flavoured Pouched Egg with Spinach and Mushroom Recipe, they were tasty and easy to make.
