Family Bathroom Makeover Ideas
Spring is here, Summer time has finally arrived and although it takes me a few days to get used to it, I love the longer days and warm weather. Spring usually inspires me to organise our house and give it a fresh look.
We have been living in the same place for a few years, it is about time we have a makeover. We currently have a separate bathroom and toilet, ideally I would like a big and practical family bathroom with plenty of storage space to keep all our toiletries and little man’s bath toys.
C.P. Hart, one of the UK’s leading bathroom retailers and suppliers of bespoke bathrooms, has a range of gorgeous family bathroom images on their website. I picked my three favourite family bathrooms:
Murano Family Bathroom is beautiful with a classy and sophisticated style. Family bathrooms should be durable and practical, I really like the idea of having a separate bathtub and shower, little man could play in the bath as much as he wanted, even if another member of the family needed a quick shower at the same time.
My other favourite is The Field Family Bathoom with a gorgeous free standing bath Cambridge with a raised back, which is ideal for sitting up and reading while enjoying a bubble bath.
The exterior of the bath can be painted to match your interior design and add a touch of colour to the room. I imagine myself reading my favourite book in the bath after a busy day at work – bliss!
I also love Duravit Family Bathroom, with plenty of storage space in a lovely green colour. Basin units with storage are a great way of making the most of the space available. I could store so much in this bathroom, from toiletries to towels, and I could even use one of the small cupboards to keep dirty clothes, instead of keeping a basket of dirty clothes on display.
C.P. Hart also has a division offering design, advice and inspiration for the trade and professionals through C.P. Hart Professional.
