Quick Fix Kit for Fashion Faux Pas
Our mornings are very busy, we have an hour to wake up, get ready and leave home. It is usually fine, we are used to rushing around, but our schedule is quite tight, so one little emergency could throw the whole schedule out of the window.
A few days ago, I met the lovely ladies from lights by TENA for a cup of coffee and some girly chat. I was given this lovely Quick Fix Kit for Fashion Faux Pas to help avoid embarrassing moments.
I loved the goodies and tips so much that I thought I would share with you:
Tights and Shoes Emergencies:
From ladder in tights to getting heels stuck, tights and shoes emergencies usually happen when you least expect. Use clear nail polish to keep holes in your tights from getting bigger, just like 70% of women do according to a research done by lights by TENA. Simply dab polish on either end of the ladder to keep it firmly in place.
If your heels get stuck in a grate or pavement, like 38% of women, rub some petroleum jelly to fix patent leather shoes.
Stain Emergencies:
Carry a pocket mirror in your handbag to check your smile after eating and drinking to quickly spot any food and lipstick stuck in your teeth.
For most clothes’ stains, you can use moist wipe to quickly cleanse the area, rinsing with water if necessary. Particularly useful if you are clumsy like me and tend to leave home without realising stains on your clothes, just like over half of the women surveyed.
Keep Fresh From Head to Toe:
Carry a small deodorant to freshen up between meetings, especially useful on hot days. Light bladder weakness is common, happening to 29% of women when we laugh, 16% when we exercise and 48% when we simply cough or sneeze. Lights by TENA helps to ensure you feel fresh and dry all day long, offering ultimate security and protection.
Thank you to lights by TENA for my Quick Fix Kit, I am now prepared for fashion emergencies. And if it doesn’t work, I shall take a little break with some delicious chocolate!
