I have been trying Degustabox for a couple of months and I love the concept of receiving a surprise food box. Degustabox is a new monthly subscription service which arrives to your door with 10 to 15 new and limited edition food products from well known brands. It is like receiving a gift every month as you don’t know what you will get until the box arrives.
We tried Degustabox January box and February box I was impressed by the selection and quality of the products. For a monthly fee of £12.99 including delivery, with no fixed in contract, you will get a box of delicious goodies worth approximately twice that amount. Our March box was bursting with a selection of products, in my opinion, it is the best food box so far with items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks too!
We couldn’t wait for our March box to arrive, Degustabox has recently implemented a new and improved delivery system, meaning that I received notifications when our box left their warehouse and again in the morning of the delivery with an allotted time. I really like the new delivery service, there are also options available in case the allotted time is not suitable.
Shaken Udder Milkshakes are very tasty, made with finest natural ingredients, with real fruit or Belgian chocolate and blended to perfection with lashings of fresh British milk. There were three cartons in the box, chocolate, banana and strawberry, and vouchers to try Chocolush milkshake and three more cartoons. I really like milkshakes, so I was more than happy to try them and they are so yum, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
One of my favourites breakfast is porridge, Moma! Porridge are convenient breakfast on the go, made with wholegrain oats, you just need to add hot water. I tried plain and cranberry and raisin flavoured porridge. Both are lovely but my favourite is cranberry and raisin fruity flavour.
Drink Me Chocolate Chai Latte is the newest addition to the Chai Latte range, a velvety blend of tea, milk, spices and chocolate. It is versatile as it can be enjoyed as Chai Latte, Ice Chai Latte and cupcake frosting. The flavour of chocolate chai latte was a bit different, but tasty. I really liked Drink Me Chai Tea Latte, an infusion of delicate Earl Grey Tea with frothy milk, delicious!
Mexican Dave Nachos are yummy tortilla chips inspired from the traditional methods and famous flavours of authentic Mexico. Nacho cheese is a lovely snack on its own and with salsa and guacamole dips.
Tyrrells Sweet and Salty Popcorn are the best of both worlds, made from weaver Gold corn kernels to give a larger, fluffier pop. It is also available in other flavours, would love to try the rest of the range as sweet and salty popcorn is lovely.
Schwartz Flavour Shots contain blends of herbs, spices and seasoning infused in oil to add flavour to your meal. We received Spanish Paella and Italian Creamy Herb Tagiatelle, you simply need to add the flavour shots to meat and cupboard ingredients for a very tasty meal. I’m often wondering what to cook, so I love the idea of creating a tasty meal within minutes with Flavour Shots.
Organico Fusili Italian Durum Wheat Pasta is 100% La Marche durum wheat, slow dried and shaped with bronze plates. The pasta is complemented by Organico Tomato and Basil Sauce, picked and packed in 24 hours at a cooperative in Tuscany to maximise the freshness of the product. We enjoyed Organico Pasta and Tomato and Basil Sauce with mushroom, onions, sprinkled with grated mozzarella cheese and parsley.
