Elderflower cordial is a great summer drink, light and refreshing, I particularly like adding a generous splash of elderflower cordial to a glass of water, with ice and mint for a refreshing drink.

Not only it makes a lovely drink, Belvoir’s elderflower cordial can also be used as a cooking ingredient as it is made using the finest ingredients with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Celebrity cook Sophie Conran developed some magical elderflower cordial children’s recipes to help encourage little chefs to cook and introduce children to the magic of cooking, such as fairy cakes and wand biscuits.
