Potato Tortilla Recipe with De’Longhi Multifry
We have been trying De’Longhi Multifry over the next few weeks and have made a selection of delicious family dishes, including Greek style meatballs keftedes, Traditional Brazilian pastel, Prawn and Mixed Peppers Risotto and Breaded Prawns and Mushrooms with Chips.

Potato Tortilla is quick and easy to make, you can add more ingredients to it. I’ve added parsley and herbs, to give my flavour to the dish. Next time I am planning on adding blue cheese and bacon to the recipe.

- 600g potato
- 1/2 onions
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- peanut oil, level 2
- Peel the potatoes and cut in 1cm cubes. Peel the onion and cut into slices, not overly small.
- Insert the paddle in the bowl.
- Put the onion, oil and potatoes in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Remove the paddle, be careful as it is very hot.
- Spread the potatoes and onions evenly on the bottom. Pour the previously prepared mixture of eggs, salt and pepper evenly over the top and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until the egg is firm.
