Little man is really enjoying Year 1, I am very proud of his progress so far. As a mum, I believe it is very important to keep little ones motivated and inspired them to learn, in and out of school.
I’ve noticed that little man learns much more through interactive games than by just explaining something to him. We have been trying Nick Jr Leap and he has been really enjoying it.
Nick Jr Leap is a fun and interactive online world specifically designed to develop kids’ mathematic, problem-solving and language skills.
It is aimed at children aged between two and seven years old, and the games can be tailored according to the child’s age. Not only Nick Jr Leap is fun for little ones, parents will be pleased to hear that it has been created in line with the 2014 Early Years Foundation Framework.
The games are free to play, and can be personalised with a Nick Jr Leap friend throughout their journey. Little man really enjoys playing on Nick Jr Leap, he doesn’t even realise that he is practising important skills.
His profile is set up for a 5 year old, there are three worlds to play, he is given tasks such as growing flowers and trees in the Numbers World with Team Umizoomi.
He also learns how to say colours in different languages in Language World with Dora the Explorer, solving puzzles in Solving World with Bubble Guppies.
