Summer Cocktail Recipe: Raspberry and Orange Earl Grey Gin Cocktail

I am pleased the weather is getting warmer again. We had a lovely summer holiday in Sardinia, it was nice and warm, so it was a bit of a shock to come back to the British rain.

Luckily we have a few warm days left to look forward to this summer, I thought it would be a great opportunity to create a summer cocktail recipe using Heston Earl Grey and Lemon Gin by Waitrose . This aromatic gin has notes of bergamot balanced by subtle citrus notes of juniper.

The cocktail was fruity and full of flavour, I convinced myself that it counts as two of my 5 a day, as it has a whole orange and a handful of raspberries.

I am a big fan of Earl Grey tea, the aromatic gin added a lovely aroma to the cocktail.
