Our Dream Family Holiday: Disneyland #Flying100
We love travelling and spending quality time together. The excitement starts as soon as we get on the airplane and look at the dreamy clouds. I always get butterflies when I realise that we are only a few hours away from our destination. It is just too exciting!
We are blessed we have been to many places together, thanks to being part of a multi-cultural family. I am from Brazil and hubby is originally from Cyprus, little man is only 5 and has had the fantastic opportunity of travelling several times and visiting his cousins in Brazil, Cyprus and France.
Although we absolutely love visiting our family abroad, it means that we haven’t had the chance (or the funds) to make our dream holiday come true. I have always wanted to go to Disneyland in Florida, I’ve dreamt of meeting Mickey Mouse since I was a little girl.
Once I met hubby, I told him about my dreams and we were actually planning to go to Disney for our honeymoon. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, our plans changed and we ended up spending our honeymoon in sunny Brazil. A few years later little man came along, and we decided to wait for the right time to visit, we wanted him to be a bit older so he could make the most of our special family holiday.
We feel that the perfect time has come and we are ready to visit our dream destination. Little man is doing extremely well at his new school, we are very proud of his success so far, he has been added to the gifted and talented register and we couldn’t be happier.
We strongly feel that we should treat him to a special holiday to be treasured forever, in order to show him that we appreciate his efforts and keep him motivated. Furthermore, it is our 10th wedding anniversary soon, I would love to celebrate it as a princess in magical Disney.
Flying is amazing, we always talk about being how exciting it is being in the air. We hope we are able to fly to our dream family destination very soon! We believe that dreams come true, so we will keep our fingers crossed and I am sure it will happen when we least expect!
