Looking Back at 2014

The past few months have gone by so quickly, I have been really busy and I can’t quite believe there are only a few days left in December. It’s Christmas next week and it will be 2015 before we know it.

How was your year? How did 2014 treat you?

Looking back, I feel very blessed with everything that we achieved in 2014, and I can’t complain. We had a great year, we were really busy with work and family commitments, but we still had time to appreciate each other.

Our Little Genius!

I am very proud of little man, he surprises me every day with his kindness, intelligence and creativity. He moved to a new school a few months ago and they noticed his potential straight away. He was assessed as soon as he started, then added to the gifted and talented register on his first week at the new school. As a mum, I couldn’t be happier!

This year, I started a new job that I love, and it puts a smile on my face every day. I even mentioned to hubby a few days ago, that I can’t believe they pay me for it, as I have so much fun at work. The hours are better and more family-friendly than my previous job, so it’s all worked out really well.

Together we went on an amazing summer holiday to the Perdepera Resort Beach in Sardinia. It was fantastic spending a whole week lying by the pool, making the most of wonderful facilities of the resort and enjoying the sunny weather. Let’s not forget about not having to cook or clean for a week, what a treat. We really enjoyed spending quality time together and our family love and relationships grew stronger while we were away.

My only wish for 2015 is that we are healthy and happy. The rest, will come!

How was 2014 for you?
