Winter Wishlist: Cosy Jumpers and Bright Scarves

Spring is meant to be starting in a few weeks, but it is still very cold. We had some snow in London last week, it brought a big smile to my face when I woke up and saw the white snow. Unfortunately it didn’t set and we couldn’t build any snowman or snow angels.

Woo hoo! Finally we got snow in London!! #whiteLondon #uksnow #snow

It’s freezing lately, and according to the weather forecast it won’t get any warmer for a while, so we better warm up. I must confess I usually choose comfort over style, but I don’t see why we can’t be fashionable and comfortable at the same time.

I thought I would put together my winter wishlist with essentials to see me through until the end of winter:

Cosy Jumpers:

Nothing like a cosy and comfortable cashmere jumper to keep you warm in a cold day. This classic crew neck jumpers in red and pea green are my favourite. The sweaters are knitted in the finest cashmere and merino wool, which make them feel very soft to the skin. They are easily paired up with jeans for a casual look.

Bright Scarves:

It has been very windy lately and scarves are a must. Instead of wearing scarves simply to keep you warm, you can accessorise your look with coloured scarves to brighten up your style.

My favourite bright scarves are red, warm coral and orange spice. They are suitable to be worn outdoors and indoors, as a fashion statement. If you prefer, you could also wrap up with your look with scarves animal prints and cool checks.

Needless to say, a pair of knee-high boots are essential at this time of the year. They are comfortable and practical too.

What are your winter must-have items?
