You Are Invited to #TimeToWake Twitter Party on Monday 02/11 at 7pm. Join Me and Win Amazing Prizes!
Now that half-term is nearly over, it is time to talk about getting back to routine and daily activities. Next week, on Monday 2nd November, I will be hosting a fun #TimeToWake Twitter Party with Sabina and Jacinta, chatting about children’s sleep routine tips and insights.
Together with special guest Chireal Shallow, Child Sleep Psychologist, we will be sharing insights on children’s attitude to sleep, explaining why children don’t understand the concept of time and what this lack of understanding means for parents. We will also be giving top tips for encouraging children to go to sleep on time, sleep through the night and wake up on time. Furthermore, we will be sharing best ways to improve a child’s sleep time routine.
Although little man sleeps well, he is still not sure when it is time to wake up. It is a bit easier during winter, as the sun rises slightly later, but in the summer he thinks he should wake up, whenever he opens his eyes and the sun is out.
Luckily we have been trying Philips Disney Sleep Time Mickey Mouse light (RRP £49.99) and little man loves it. The colourful table lamp is perfect for little one’s sleeping routine as it lets them know when it is time to wake up and when it is time to go to bed.
The light alarm is easy to set up using the buttons at the bottom of the lamp. The convenient routine indicator on Mickey’s tummy shows the night light function in the shape of a moon and wake up function as a symbol of the sun.
Little man loves the gorgeous Mickey design and how he now knows whether it is wake-up time or bedtime just by looking at it. Not only it is a reassuring friend during sleep time, the Mickey shaped lamp is well made and sturdy. You can turn it on by pressing Mickey’s head, which provides perfect light for bedtime stories.
If you want to find out ways to improve your child’s sleep time routine and how light can enhance their sleep, you don’t want to miss the Twitter Party!
