I truly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I can’t leave home without it. I know I have said it several times, but I had to say it one more time as it is essential to have a good meal before the busy day ahead.
How great would it be waking up to a freshly cooked bacon sandwich, with your choice of sauce? Personally I am a ketchup girl, but it is ok if you prefer brown sauce. I just love the smell of bacon sizzling away in the kitchen!
Unfortunately my mornings are very hectic, I need to get ready, eat breakfast, make sure little man is ready for school and leave home in under an hour. As a result, I have to go for an easy breakfast that can be quickly prepared, such as a bowl of cereal or porridge. We always have a packet or two of bacon in the fridge and I keep looking at it each morning when I open to get milk.
