Baby Essentials: Diono Quantum Classic First Impressions @DIONO_UK
We are so looking forward to meeting our new baby in only a matter of weeks. My hospital bags are ready and now we also have a pushchair for the baby.
When looking for a travel system, I am after one that is suitable from birth, can grow with my child and adapt to his needs. I was delighted to hear about Diono Quantum travel system, designed with top quality textured and layered fabrics.
Unpacking and Assembling
As soon as I started unpacking the box, I was impressed with the chestnut, leather-look handlebar and dark grey frame. It looks very stylish and I will be proud to carry our new baby in it.
Not only is the travel system beautifully made, it is also easy to assemble by following the instructions included. I simply had to attach the air tyres, open the chassis, clip in the seat, bumper and canopy. I love the fact there are pictures in the manual, which made the whole process very clear and straightforward.
Carriage Mode
Our new baby will be enjoying his travel system as soon as he is out from hospital. The carriage mode can be parent facing or world-facing.
We will be having it parent facing so we can see our new baby and what he is up to. I am sure our baby will be very comfortable with the super soft, plush bassinet liner and mattress.
Attaching a Car Seat
I never knew it was possible to attach a car seat to a pushchair as we did not have this luxury with little man’s pushchair nine years ago. It is great to see how it has changed, making parents’ lives so convenient.
Once the adaptors are slotted into the chassis to be parent-facing or world-facing, the car seat can be easily placed. It is also compatible with other car seat brands.
Toddler Seat Mode
The travel system can easily change from carriage mode to toddler seat mode. The 5 point harness ensures that toddlers are safe when you are out and about.
The baby hasn’t even arrived yet, but I remember very well how quickly they grow up. I know that he will be in toddler seat mode in no time!
