Valentine’s Day at @PingPongDimSum #SwipeRightAtFirstSight

I truly believe that Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones and treat them to a special date. 

Some could argue and say that everyday should be Valentine’s Day, but the truth is that work and life get in the way. Although we are usually very busy, we try to go out as much as possible. 

Since little man joined our family, he became part of our Valentine’s Day celebrations. This year, it was extra special as it will be our last Valentine’s Day as a family of three. Next year, we will have another bundle of joy joining us!

As a family, we are big fans of Ping Pong Dim Sum, Chinese Tea and Cocktail Bar, we have been several times throughout the years and always had a wonderful time. Whether you are planning on celebrating Valentine’s Day with your partner, friends or family, we would highly recommended Ping Pong!

This year, Ping Pong has created an exclusive cocktail Swipe Right At First Sight, which is simply delicious. When I explained that I was heavily pregnant, I was offered a mocktail version, while hubby had the original cocktail, which is a delicate blend of Finlandia vodka, elderflower, gin liquor, St. Germain, Chambord, lemon juice, egg white and hibiscus syrup. 

Not only is the cocktail refreshing, it is beautifully presented in a martini glass, decorated with a stunning piece of artwork on edible rice paper. The complimentary Valentine’s Day cocktail is available when you book a table for two online between Friday 9th February and Saturday 17th February.

We enjoyed the special cocktail with a selection of delicious dim sums, such as roast pork puff, pork and prawn shu mai, chicken and cashew nut dumpling, prawn and chive dumpling. Of course we had to order our family favourite: char siu bun! 

Another fantastic visit to Ping Pong, full of mouth-watering dishes and refreshing drinks in a great atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to our next visit!
