My Experience with Tesco Customer Care @UKTesco
Every year, I save my clubcard points so I can exchange them at Christmas and spend them at F&F Clothing at Tesco.
In December, while the Voucher Exchange event was on, I logged on to my clubcard account and exchanged my vouchers. I have done it a few times, so I knew exactly what I had to do. It’s pretty straight forward anyway!
However I had a problem: I never received the email with my new codes, so I was unable to proceed with my clothing order.
I exchanged my vouchers in the evening, so when I woke up and realised that the vouchers never came, I called Tesco Customer Service and chased it up. I was told that there was nothing they could do, for some strange reason my order didn’t go through!
I was really upset, so I tweeted Tesco Customer Care @UKTesco and asked whether they could have a look for me.
I am pleased to say that they sorted out my account and I was able to place my order with Clothing at Tesco. I was able to get lots of lovely items for my little boy, hubby and myself!
So I am writing this blog post just to say Thank You to @UKTesco. Christmas is such a busy time of the year and the last thing I needed was having problems, however you helped me to sort them out in timely manner.
I received great customer service online from Tesco, many thanks for your help! I hope I don’t need to contact you again, but if I ever do, I know you will look after my issues.
I was under no obligation to write this post, just wanted to share my experience. The opinions expressed in this post are honest and my own.
*PS. As I was writing this post, I looked around and I caught a little someone red-handed!
