B-SOHO: Authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria and Cocktail Bar in London

We love pizzas and cocktails, so we were delighted to visit B-SOHO: Authentic Neapolitan pizzeria and cocktail bar. It is a lovely place, split across two floors with a restaurant downstairs and more relaxed atmosphere with live music on the ground floor.

When we arrived at B-SOHO, located in Central London, we were greeted by their friendly staff and introduced to the cocktail and pizza menu.

We picked two starters to share: Polenta fries with a creamy Gorgonzola dip, and Antipasto B-SOHO, a selection of tasty meats including Parma Ham, salami picante, rosemary porchetta, cardum, artichoke, buffalo, olives, pizza Bianca, coppa, bresaola and salami Napoli.

We all really enjoyed our starters, there was a great selection of antipasti, perfect to share. You can also have bruschetta with different toppings, from goat cheese to salmon. Our meal was enjoyed with cocktails, my brother choose ‘Chocolate Overdose’ made with Amaretto, Frangelico, vanilla, milk and dark chocolate topped with whipped cream.

My sister-in-law enjoyed ‘Day at the Fair’, a cocktail with Don Julio Blanco tequila, bubble gum, pineapple, cranberry and Aperol served over crushed ice. I went for a summery ‘Sweet Sixteen’ with coconut rum, chilli, mango, pineapple and lime served over crushed ice.

You can choose from different pastas and pizzas for main course. Since we were at an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, it would be rude not to try their pizzas. We didn’t know which flavour to pick, as there were so many lovely options on the menu, so we decided to order different pizzas so we could share and try each other’s.

My sister-in-law tried Calzone, folded pizza filled with ricotta, ham, salami, mozzarella and tomato; I picked Don Rocca with buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, rocket and Parma Ham, while my brother picked Quattro Formaggi with mozzarella, ricotta, gorgonzola and grana padano. We all enjoyed our pizzas, the size was generous, the base was thin and the filling was very tasty.

After our meal, we had a delicious chocolate cake with hazelnut served with hazelnut ice cream. It was a perfect ending to such a wonderful meal. We had a great time at B-SOHO and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and tasty food.

If you love cocktails, you should visit B-SOHO this Easter. They have created a competition that nods to the chocolate king himself, Willy Wonka. Their gorgeous new Easter cocktail menu, that marries the flavours of spring with the chocolaty fever of Easter will feature one drink that contains a golden ticket. The ticket gives the lucky winner a month’s supply of gourmet B-SOHO pizza.
