Beef Fajitas with McCain Roasted Garlic Wedges

By now you must have guessed we are big fans of McCain products, there is something about their tasty chips and wedges. We have tried, tested and loved their crispy McCain Chips 5% Fat, tasty McCain Caribbean Wedges and delicious McCain Hash Brown. We have also prepared a quick 10 Minute Mexican meal with McCain Quick Cook French Fries.

McCain has launched a limited edition Roasted Garlic Wedges made from specially selected potatoes and seasoned with herbs and spice. Potatoes are made into wedges by washing, cutting and seasoning, prepared with sunflower oil.

These wedges have a delicious mellow roasted garlic flavour, combined with paprika, parsley, white pepper and onion seasonings. They are delicious and convenient, cooking from frozen in around 15 minutes until crisp and light golden.

We enjoyed McCain Roasted Garlic Wedges as a family meal with Beef Fajitas and the tasty wedges were a success with the whole family. They are ideal as a quick mid-week family meal and also on their own with dips while watching a movie or football.
