Willows Activity Farm Potato Shindig This September

To make back to school more enjoyable, little ones can visit Willows Activity Farm Potato Shindig this September and have the opportunity to harvest their own potatoes from Willows Potato Farm and take some home for free.

Willows Activity Farm, the award-winning farm attraction in St Albans, is currently hosting a Potato Shindig event. We have been to Willows several times and enjoyed every single visit. Willows host Special Seasonal Events throughout the year, such as Willows Farm Village’s Christmas Santa Spectacular in December, February Frolics Lambing Event, Easter Eggstravaganza in April and now Potato Shindig.

Little man loves helping in the garden and planting, but he has never had the chance to harvest before, so I am sure he will love our family day out at Willows this weekend. Since the event ends on Sunday, I thought I should let you all know, so you can plan your weekend in advance and include a spot of harvesting potatoes – and perhaps some delicious roasted potatoes, chips or mash over the weekend from the potatoes you take home on the day.

Apart from the Potato Shindig event, you can also enjoy a range of activities, shows, funfair rides, inflatable fun, indoor play area and adventure play, all included in the price of the tickets.
