Show your #FrankiesFangs at Frankie & Benny’s this Halloween
One of our favourite family restaurants, Frankie & Benny’s has launched a fun Halloween promotion where diners are provided with free fang sweets and asked to share it on social media channels for the chance to win a family meal.
We have been to Frankie & Benny’s several times before, you might remember when we tried Frankie & Benny’s New Specials Menu, Frankie & Benny’s New Food Menu, Frankie & Benny’s New Cocktail Menu and Frankie & Benny’s New Menu.
We have a great time whenever we are there, and this Halloween there is an extra fun activity. On our latest visit to Frankie & Benny’s at the London Designer Outlet in Wembley , I tried Sirloin Steak (RRP £16.95), a beautifully cooked 8oz 28 day aged sirloin steak cut thick and served with a roasted tomato, flat mushroom and a fresh watercress garnish on the side.
You can choose from house fries, salad or a jacket. I went for house fries, but asked for some extra salad to be added, and peppercorn sauce on the side. It was simply delicious!
Hubby tried Mixed Grill (RRP £20.95), a 24oz meat feast, including Rump steak, bacon steak, sausage and half a roast chicken smothered in BBQ sauce. It was served with a flat mushroom, roasted tomato, house fries and a fresh watercress garnish.
It cames with BBQ sauce on the side, and hubby ordered peppercorn sauce for the steak. He loved the mixed grill, said the portion was generous and the dish was full of flavour.
Little man picked Fish Fingers with Chips from the Kids Menu – available from just £4.25, including a main course with salad and side of vegetables, a dessert and refillable soft drinks. He enjoyed his meal, had all his salad and vegetables – he must have had his five-a-day in one meal!
I was pleasantly surprised to see the new activity book, included in the Kids pack. The pirates puzzle book kept little man entertained while we finished our meal. It is divided into two sections, younger and older children, and features a range of activities, such as spelling, counting, creative writing and art.
Once we finished our meal, fang sweets arrived with little man’s dessert. He enjoyed a lovely Chocolate Honeycomb Waffle, a delicious cinnamon waffle, drizzled with dark chocolate sauce, chocolate covered honeycomb pieces and served with ice cream. I might have tried some of it when he wasn’t looking…!
Once the fang sweets arrived, the Halloween fun started:
This weekend, from Friday 31st October to Sunday 2nd November, you can visit Frankie & Benny’s for a 3 night fright fest.
You will be greeted by your usual friendly-staff, dressed in spooky costumes, and given free fang sweets at the end of your meal.
You are invited to share your picture on social media with the hashtag #FrankiesFangs for the chance to win a family meal for four.
Many thanks to the staff at the Wembley branch for looking after us. Once again we had a great time at Frankie & Benny’s, however this time it had the theme of Ghostbusters from start to finish!
We were invited to visit Frankie & Benny’s free of charge, however the opinions expressed in this review are honest and my own.
