Competition: Win Flights to Ibiza with Bam #BamOnTour #BamLife

A few months ago, we were introduced to Bam and have thoroughly enjoyed trying their delicious flavoured milk. It was a success with the whole family!

I am very interested in what I am consuming and I like looking at the ingredients list to make sure I know exactly what is in my food and drinks. I was pleased to find out that Bam drinks are made with real milk, with no junk. Bam is sourced and made with care, using only natural ingredients.

The ingredients list at the back of Bam only has a few ingredients, which are commonly found in any kitchen. It has all the right ingredients that you would expect to find in a tasty milk drink.

The all natural chocolate drink are made with whole milk and honey, blended with cocoa with a little cornflour, while the all natural banana drink is blended with bananas. It is free from colouring, artificial flavouring and preservatives. It is gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.

Bam is a natural source of protein, rich in nutrients such as calcium, vitamin B2 and B12, which are essential for healthy bones. It is creamy and deliciously sweet, without the addition of refined sugar.

I love the fact that Bam gives us a healthier choice, so you can have a flavoursome milk drink, without all the added sugar included in other similar drinks. The whole family enjoys drinking Bam, but we can’t decide which flavour we like the most: rich chocolate or fruity banana? If you had to pick one, which one would you try first?

Bam’s latest competition is offering one lucky winner a chance to win two return flights to Ibiza. You simply need to visit the page and fill in your details. Hurry as the competition ends on Monday 30th October.

Who would you take to Ibiza with you?

Bam is available at Sainsbury’s, Selfridges, Waitrose and The Midcounties Co-operative.
