Slim.Fast 3-2-1 Plan: Day 1
Hubby is starting Slim-Fast diet plan today, he will be following Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan for the next two weeks.
Slim·Fast lets you eat up to six times a day – and helps you lose weight the way you want to. You can follow the Slim·Fast 3·2·1 Plan with the help of the Slim·Fast Diet Plan, or create your own Personalised Diet Plan to follow. Or, you can use Slim·Fast as and when you want to, replacing meals with shakes and bars as it suits you.

Hubby is looking forward to his Slim-Fast diet, he will be doing it for the next two weeks, so I shall keep you updated how he gets on.
